Although we always welcome your questions, we do encourage you to visit our FAQ page first. Our FAQ page is the most extensive of its kind.  It is quite rare for us to receive a question that is not already addressed there.

Important Notes

  1. If you contact us with this form OR via our sales or support email address directly you should receive an automated response within 5 minutes.  If you do NOT receive this response then WE WILL BE UNABLE TO RESPOND TO YOUR EMAIL.  This can happen when either your email address had a typo, or your email server rejected our auto-response (which means it would also reject our actual response).
  2. We ALWAYS respond to emails within 24 hours (usually much sooner).  To give yourself the best chance of our response actually reaching you, please avoid using a "free" email account such as Yahoo or Hotmail as these sites frequently block our responses.
  3. Please ask your questions with confidence; we NEVER send unsolicited email or SPAM.  EVER!

  • We can offer the fastest support via email (frequently within an hour or two of receipt, but always within 12 hours on business days). 
  • To ensure your response is not trapped by a junk email filter, please add "@pilotkaroake.com" to your safe sender's list and/or your ISP's "white list".
  • If you have sent us an email and not received a response within 12 hours on business days, please check your "junk email" folder as we ALWAYS respond to email within that time.

  • To keep our prices the lowest on the internet, we can only offer phone support by appointment when we determine that email is not sufficient.
