2.You will see the following pop-up menu:

3.Select Excel, PDF, or Word from the popup menu.
4.After a few seconds of processing you will be prompted for a location and file name for which to save the exported file.

Notes

When exporting to Excel, we recommend using one of the "Grid" song book styles, although any of the available styles can be used.  Please see the Customize song book topic for information on how to change the song book style.
Song books exported to Excel® using this feature are not necessarily easily re-imported into this software. This export feature is not intended to save your song book.  To save your song book data use Save or Save As feature.
Exporting to Excel® is intended if you want or need to manipulate your song data in Microsoft® Excel®.  This, however, is usually unnecessary as Pilot Song Book Creator provides a much richer feature set when it comes to manipulating this data.  If there is some manipulation of your data you feel you can only do in Excel®, we encourage you to contact the vendor from which you purchased this software as there is likely an easier way to perform the same function directly within this software.
Exporting to Word® will not preserve multi-column song book layouts.
