The replace feature is very useful for locating and replacing text with other text in your song database.
Instructions
| 1. | Click the Replace button in the Editing group on the main Ribbon. |

| 2. | You will see a window similar to the following: |

| 3. | Enter the text you wish to replace in the Find what box if it is not there already. |
| 4. | Enter the new text to use for the replacement in the Replace with box. |
| 5. | Click Replace to locate and replace just the next occurrence of the Find what text in your song database OR click Replace All to search for and replace ALL occurrences. |
| 6. | The find and replace will begin will the options you selected (or the default options if you didn't specify any). |
| • | The date fields and Genre fields will be ignored in the search as they are not stored as text in the song database. |
| • | Perform the Find from the Disc View if you want the disc fields (Disc Number, Album, etc) to be included in the search. |
| • | When in Song View, the search can only function if if you are not currently grouping any of the columns. |
