Pilot Song Book Creator can export your complete song book database (including file links) to a Comma Separated Value (CSV) file for use with virtually any spreadsheet program or any other program capable of importing CSV files.
Instructions
| 1. | Select Export --> To Comma Separated Value (CSV) File from the Application Menu |

| 2. | You will see the standard windows save file dialog. |
| 3. | Locate the folder on your hard drive you wish to save your CSV file to. |
| 4. | Type a file name for your CSV file in the File name box and click Save. |
| 5. | The export process will begin in the background. |
| 6. | You will see a green "Export Complete!" message in the status bar at the bottom-left corner of the main window when the process has completed. |
| • | This export feature should not be confused with the Export to Excel feature provided in the Song Book Viewer. That feature exports the finished song book to excel, where this feature is focused on the song book data itself with no regard to any formatting. |
| • | This process will take from 1-2 seconds to several minutes depending on the size of your song book database and the speed of your computer. |
