The program options window allows you to configure the color scheme, drag and drop behaviour, auto save, and automatic program updates features.

Getting to Program Options

1.Click Options at the bottom of the Application Menu.

2.You will see the following dialog:

3.You can now configure each options as detailed below.
Color Scheme

Pilot Song Book Creator can be rendered in color scheme of your choice of three: blue, black, and silver.  The selected color scheme will affect all windows using the Microsoft® Office® 2007 Ribbon interface.

1.To change the color scheme simply select the desired color from the Color Scheme drop down.

2.The color scheme will change instantly and will be saved when you exit the program.
Auto Save

Pilot Song Book Creator can automatically save your song book data file as you work at the time interval you specify in this section.    If you do not want your song book data file to automatically save, then clear the Automatically save song book as your work? check box.

Notes

Even with the auto save check box checked, auto save will only function when the following criteria have been met:
You are using the full, registered version of Pilot Song Book Creator.
The current song book has already been saved and given a file name.
The auto save feature works silently, but the status message in the status bar will update to indicate an auto-save operation has completed.
Program Updates

Pilot Song Book Creator will automatically check for updates on start-up if the Automatically check for program updates? check box is checked.  You will want to disable automatic updates if you regularly run Pilot Song Book Creator when disconnected from the Internet, otherwise we highly recommend leaving this enabled.

To check for updates on demand, click the Check for Updates Now button.  This requires an active connection to the internet.

Tips at Startup

The Tips at Startup feature can be turned back "on' if you turn it off on the Tips at Startup window.  In addition, you can see the next tip here by clicking the Show Next Tip Now button.

Click OK when you are satisfied with your changes.
