When you click the Configure button on the file type selector you will see the dialog below. This dialog allows you to add or delete file types associated with one of four categories - karaoke, music, video, or other.
Brief explanation of this window

| • | Using this window, you can add, delete, or modify the file types associated with each of the four categories (karaoke, music, video, or other). |
| • | Click the button to add a new file type or the button to delete the current file type. |
| • | You can also add a file extension by clicking the File Extension button to the right of "Add..." on the bottom of the grid. (When you do this, you can use the Tab key to add multiple files types at once.) |
| • | Edit the category of a file type by selecting one of the four from the drop down list. |
| • | Edit the File Extension by typing directly in the cell. |
| • | The button will put each file type in order by category as well as remove blank entries and duplicates. |
| • | Click OK when you have finished to save your changes. (Changes will be remembered the next time you run the software). |
| • | The four categories are intended four your convenience to easily include or exclude files in a given category from the search. The category a file extension or type is associated with has no direct effect on the search itself. In other words, the software has no knowledge of whether or not a file type is categorized correctly. The only potential consequence of a mis-categorized file type is you may be importing it when you thing your not, or vice versa based on which category of files are selected to be included in the search. |
