Special Song View Fields
| 1. | On the above screen shot, you'll notice there are some columns which are not checked. These are hidden by default but can provide some useful information when shown as follows: |
| 1.1. | Album Title & Disc Remarks - will show the album title or the remarks of the disc for which the song is assigned. |
| 1.2. | Path & Filename - If a song has a link to a file on your hard drive, this column will show the directory path and file name of the linked file. This is very useful for quickly locating which songs do not have an associated file link. (You can use the filter row for this) |
| • | The Disc Remarks field is not to be confused with the regular Remarks field. Disc Remarks shows the remarks for the disc and Remarks shows the remarks specific to that song. |
| • | The Path & Filename column does not show a file extension of the linked song file. This is because the program maintains a link to any file with the same name without regard for the file extension (as long as it is a music or karaoke file). |
| • | The presence of a value in the Path & Filename column cannot be used to infer the link is valid and points to an actual file. If the file for which a song is linked is modified outside of this program, the link may no longer be valid but data will still show in this field. Use the statistics feature or the Export to CSV feature to get a better idea of the validity of your file links. |
