Pilot Song File Processor will operate in "Trial Mode" until the software is unlocked. This will give you the opportunity to evaluate the software before you purchase. There is no time limit for the trail version, but some key features are limited until the software is unlocked. The following are the limitations of the Trail Version:
| • | You will see the "Trial Version" message on startup and periodically during use of the software. |
| • | File processing is limited to showing to showing the "pre-process" report (you can see how the files will be re-named). |
| • | Files will not actually be renamed or zipped/unzipped. |
All other features operate as they will in the full version.
| • | This trial version will give you all the information you need to determine if this software will work for you. If so, you can easily purchase it for a very low price. |
| • | You can purchase an unlock code and unlock the software at any time during use without re-starting the application. This is useful if you at the point where you can proceed with file processing! |
| • | Sometimes we are asked why the trial version will NOT actually rename or process files. Since the full version of this software will only need to be used just one or two times for many people, there is no practical way to create a trial version that can actually rename files without either (1) people using the trial version for the one or two uses they need, thus not needing the full version, or (2) a limited trial (that can only rename some files) would introduce inconsistencies in your song files that are contrary to the purpose of this program. |
| • | This program is not "freeware", the trial version is made available to give you the chance to get a feel for the software before you buy. You will need to buy the full version to use his program for its intended purpose. |
